Breast milk is the most suitable food for the specific needs of infants. Physiolac supports the WHO recommendation to exclusively breastfeed for the first six months of life. Therefore, no advertisement on formula for infants between 0 and 6 months of age will be presented on our site. For further advice, consult a healthcare professional.
You are about to leave the Physiolac website and will be redirected to Hi Families, Laboratoires Gilbert’s webzine, where advice and tips for young and expecting parents are provided.
Physiolac BIO Légumes gluten-free baby cereals with no added sugar* are the first elements of food diversification formulated for progressive transition to a varied diet. They are pre-prepared and do not require cooking. Physiolac BIO Légumes baby cereals are recommended for infants as of 4 months of age** when they:
• become tired of baby milk and refuse pure milk,
• start having a variety of foods,
• need a bottle with cereals and vegetables at nights.
Physiolac BIO Légumes baby cereals mainly contain ORGANIC cereal flour: rice, millet, quinoa. These three sources of carbohydrates are a gentle start to food diversification. They are naturally gluten-free, contain 3 vegetables, have no added sugar* and can be added to breast milk or the age-appropriate baby formula.
Physiolac BIO Légumes baby cereals can be recommended by your pharmacist or doctor as of 4 months of age**. This product should be used as a supplement and is not intended to replace breast milk. With Physiolac BIO Légumes baby cereals, Laboratoires Gilbert provides babies with their first cereals for a successful first phase of food diversification that is also respectful of the environment.

Important notice: breastfeeding is the best way to feed your child. Good maternal nutrition is important to prepare and continue breastfeeding. Partial breastfeeding can interfere with the breastfeeding process and it is difficult to backtrack on the choice not to breastfeed. It is important to follow the instructions for preparation and use of infant formulas. Formula that is incorrectly prepared could pose a health risk for the child.
Besides milk, water is the only other essential drink. Teach your child to avoid snacking between meals. Being active and playing are essential for your child’s development. www.mangerbouger.fr
